Uh -oh.

Doctors say more people are paying the price for easy communications with a disorder they are calling "sleep texting".  According to experts, people who keep their cell phones within easy reach while they are sleeping are at greatest risk for this "unofficial" disorder.  The advice is common sense, just keep your phone farther away from your bed so you don't send one out.

I've definitely done it.  Most of the time it's intentional, however, I am guilty of texting in the middle of the night and not remembering it until I get a reply the next morning.  I don't call it sleep texting though.  I call it over 40...um, make that 50...texting.

Oh, and don't get me started on Nyqil texting.  Once again, GUILTY.
