Clouds likely to amplify Joint Base big booms Tuesday

JOINT BASE McGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST - Clouds rolling in tonight mostly stay with us Tuesday, and that means a longer reach for booms and blasts emanating from the Joint Base.

Officials say that explosives will be detonated between 8 AM and 5 PM. They add that they are taking every precaution to ensure that surrounding communities, and their service members, remain safe.
