According to information provided by Patch, "A bomb threat led to the partial evacuation of Community Medical Center in Toms River on Monday night, authorities confirmed. A device that was believed to be an explosive was determined to be fake by the New Jersey State Police bomb squad, the Ocean County Sheriff's office said."
