EWING — Former President Bill Clinton will campaign for his wife Friday while in New Jersey.

Clinton will stop at two colleges: Passaic County Community College in Paterson at noon, and The College of New Jersey in Ewing at 3:30 p.m.

Former first lady Hillary Clinton on Wednesday afternoon made her first campaign stop in the Garden State at Camden County College.

With Donald Trump as the last man standing in the Republican race, New Jersey's June 7 primary will likely be an exclusively Democratic slugfest.

Clinton's opponent, Vermont U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, drew tens of thousands of supporters to rallies this week in Piscataway and Atlantic City.

Clinton leads in the Democratic delegate count with 2,228, compared with Sanders' 1,454. The winner must get 2,383 delegates to claim the nomination. There are 142 delegates at stake in New Jersey.

Chelsea Clinton also will be in the state on Friday, opening a Middlesex County campaign office and attending an event in Bloomfield.
