Best Corned Beef and Cabbage in Ocean County

So, it was my first time ever eating Corned Beef and Cabbage last year, and I loved it.  What took me so long to eat this delicious Irish treat?

I had my very first taste at The Sand Castle Diner in Beachwood and it was delicious.
