Berkeley Township, what is this going to be?

Does anyone know? I've heard several different stores could be coming?

It's right along Rt. 9 in Bayville. It's close by the Quick Chek in Bayville and down from Little John's and Domino's. If you're heading southbound on Rt. 9 it's on the right hand side.

The building is not that large. Any ideas what it will be?
