The Beacon Theatre on the Upper West Side has been around since 1929, starting out as a grand movie palace. Over time, it moved away from films and became a popular spot for live concerts and comedy shows. Today, it’s known for big-name performers and its classic, old-school New York feel.

The Beacon Theatre is located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, right along Broadway near West 74th Street. It’s in a busy neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, shops, and apartment buildings, and it’s easy to get to by subway or bus.
