Two Bayville residents have been arrested for dealing drugs out of a Fernwood Drive home in the Glencove section, and Berkeley Township Police say more arrests may be on the horizon as evidence is processed.

The arrests of Andrea Dekker, 42, and Anthony Owen, 33, come after a months-long investigation into suspected drug deals in that area of town.

Police said they had been receiving several calls from the neighbors who said there were vehicles and people coming to the home at all hours of the day and night -- sometimes even meeting on the street.

Through their investigation, Berkeley Police Detectives confirmed that heroin was being dealt out of that residence.

With the evidence they needed, Berkeley Detectives along with Ocean Gate Detectives, and the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force, executed four court-authorized search warrants on the residence on March 3, which included three separate vehicles.

Owen has been charged with possession of heroin ( 2nd degree) possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia and remains in the Ocean County Jail.

Dekker was charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on a summons.
