Bayville Native Is Now A Colorado Rockie

PHEONIX, AZ — Ocean County alumnus Andrew DiPiazza, 24, is now apart of the Rookies Organization, according to a post on his official Twitter page.

"Blessed to say I have signed with the @Rockies. Thank you to everyone who helped me make this dream a reality." DiPiazza said Saturday evening.

DiPiazza, a pitcher, graduated from Central Regional High School in Bayville with the class of 2014 and attended Mercer County Community College and Rowan University and dominated on the baseball field.
