Baconfest 2026 at Laurita Winery is Rescheduled, Here’s Everything You Need to Know
If you were gearing up for a weekend full of crispy, smoky goodness, you’ll need to hang tight just a little longer in Ocean County, New Jersey.

The Annual Baconfest at Laurita Winery has officially been postponed thanks to less-than-ideal weather rolling through Ocean County this weekend. (April 25th & 26th, 2026) This weekend at the Jersey Shore looks like a total wash-out with rain both days.
Instead of battling rain and chilly temps, organizers made the call to move the event so everyone can actually enjoy it the way it’s meant to be outdoors, relaxed, and full of flavor.
When is Baconfest NOW at Laurita Winery?
The good news? You won’t have to wait long.
Baconfest is now set for the first weekend in May - Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 & Sunday, May 3rd, 2026.
That gives everything a chance to dry out, warm up, and set the stage for a much better experience overall.
What to Expect When It Returns
This isn’t just about bacon (even though, let’s be honest, that’s the main attraction). Baconfest at Laurita Winery is more like a full-on spring kickoff party.
You’ll still get, Food trucks serving up creative BACON-loaded dishes, live music throughout the day, fire pits for that cozy outdoor vibe, wine flowing from one of Ocean County’s favorite spots, and yes… fireworks lighting up the sky on Saturday night
Basically, everything you were looking forward to, just with better weather to enjoy it.
What Happens to Your Tickets?
No need to stress if you already bought tickets. They’ll automatically roll over to the new dates, so you’re all set.
If you didn’t grab yours yet, this extra time might actually work in your favor. Events like this tend to draw a crowd, especially once the weather cooperates. CLICK HERE for Baconfest tickets at Laurita Winery.
A Better Weekend Ahead
Let’s be real, Baconfest just wouldn’t be the same in bad weather. This is one of those events that deserves sunshine, fresh air, and that perfect spring energy.

So while the delay might sting a little now, it’s shaping up to be a much better weekend next weekend and not this weekend.
And when it does? Expect the smell of bacon to take over Laurita Winery in the best way possible.
