Are My Bushes and Trees Going to Pop Up Again

If anyone knows the answer to all the snow covering the trees and they're bending over, along with my bushes...will they pop up again?

The heavy snow we got over the weekend, crushed my bushes to the ground and now it looks like there's no life in them.  Does anyone know will they pop up again, or is there anything I can do?  I shoveled the snow off of the bushes, but they still are flat.

What can I do?  Any ideas?
