In Monmouth County Superior Court in Freehold, Kevin Motyka, 24. was ordered to serve at least 10 years, two months before parole eligibility, to undergo lifetime parole supervision, to comply with all terms of Megan's Law, and to refrain from unsupervised contact with anyone under age 18, according to the office of acting County Prosecutor Chris Gramiccioni.

Motyka was arrested in 2014 by county investigators acting on a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Authorities placed the time frame of the attacks between May and December 2012. Motyka also distributed unrelated child pornography images, investigators said.

Last March, Motyka pleaded guilty to a first-degree charge of aggravated sexual assault, three counts of manufacturing child pornography and distributing child pornography, and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child by causing or permitting a child to engage in child pornography.
