Addresses for Some Awesome, Scary Decorated Front Yards in Ocean County, NJ
Halloween is so close and the decorations are fantastic for Halloween. I never remember front lawns looking as impressive as they do now for Halloween.
If you see some phenomenal yards that you think will scare us, email me I really want to get a list together like we do every year. - sue.moll@townsquaremedia.com.
I love driving around the neighborhood like a Christmastime and seeing the decorations. Halloween has become so popular and some of you go nuts for Halloween and your decorations on your front lawn are just pure awesome.
We had some incredible houses last year from Toms River, Manchester, Brick, Bayville, and Forked River. I'd love to get as many houses as I can to add to my list. I'm hoping when I put the list together, it makes for a fun night with the family driving around Ocean County looking at some great Halloween displays.
Last year we had close to 10 different locations in Ocean County, which were just amazing. I have to be honest while driving to these locations, I was thinking...will they really be that good. I can't tell you how incredible they all looked. Scary, fun, and just so much fun for Halloween.
Here are some locations for this year and I'd love to add more:
1. Terror on South Main, 126 South Main Street, Toms River
2. 910 Salem Drive, Toms River
3. 843 Downey Avenue, Brick - from their Facebook page:
The Casqueira Holiday Light Show presents, "A Stranger Things Halloween Light Show". The show will begin September 23, and run until the end of day, on Halloween. Sunday through Thursday the show plays from 6:30PM-10PM. Friday and Saturday the show stays on an extra hour later, 6:30PM-11PM. This Halloween season, our show consists of over 100,000 synchronized LED lights, and thousands of individually addressable pixels. We will be featuring music from the Netflix hit series, "Stranger Things".
These sound really good, check them out. I'd love to add more. If you know of any decorated houses that might scare us, let me know. Email me at sue.moll@townsquaremedia.com.
Our neighbors spend hours putting these displays together for our enjoyment, please be respectful when checking out their front yards. For some of them, you can get out of your car and walk around. I'm hoping this year will be the same.
