Motorists are still seeing stable prices at the pumps in New Jersey.AAA Mid-Atlantic says the average price of regular gasoline in New Jersey on Friday was $3.79, the same price that’s been reported for the past two weeks. And that’s also just a little more than it
was a year ago, when motorists were paying $3.73.

Meanwhile, the national average price fell by 2 cents to $3.88.
That’s also close to the national average from a year ago, which was $3.84.
But analysts say crude oil prices have fallen recently due to
signs of a slowing U.S. economy and decreasing tensions in the
Middle East.
