Banana Bread Crumb Cake
Crumbs
1 cup cold cubed butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups flour
In a bowl, combine the ingredients using a fork (potato mashers work great), should be a lumpy texture
Set aside
Banana Bread
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1. In a mixer, mash bananas and butter
2. Add: sugar, eggs, and vanilla
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder
4. Add dry mix to wet mix
5. Stir in milk
6. Pour in half of the crumb mixture to the batter
In a greased pan, pour banana bread mix and sprinkle with remaining crumbs
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
Sprinkle with powdered sugar after it is cooled and enjoy!!
(Can make in individual muffin tins, baking time would lower)
