A 4-Story Restaurant, Marina Proposed in Brick

...plus a "huge" banquet hall. 

This could be the future of a 4-story restaurant and banquet facility proposed across from Traders Cove Marina, former Winter Yacht Basin, at the end of Mantaloking Road in Brick according to the patch.com.

Some concerns are coming from the environmental group Save Barnegat Bay. The property would take up over 18-acres and the environment group says the structure would be nearly 78 feet high and this would require two major variances. A township board meeting will hear more about these variances at tomorrow night's meeting (May 1st, 2019).

The proposed facility would host a marina, restaurant, banquet hall, 4-stories high. There would be room for rooftop weddings, balconies, decks, and a swimming pool, and more.
