Toms River Police have confirmed to WOBM News that they are investigating the discovery of a dead body found behind the Walmart on Route 37 on Wednesday.

A vigil is planned by the Lacey Raccoon Task Force at the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office on Friday to remember the raccoon caught in a steel trap and beaten with a baseball bat by teens which was captured on a video shared by them on social media.
