A badly burned body was found in Neptune Thursday.

Toms River police are still searching for the man whole from a vehicle in the Shop Rite parking lot on Route 37 as well as from the store.

Anyone convicted of a crime in New Jersey whether they've served their sentence, are currently on parole or are behind bars cannot vote. An effort is currently underway to change that.
