2018 "Sounds of Summer Concert Series" Schedule in Bayville

Mayor Carmon Amato announced yesterday that the "Sounds of Summer Concert Series" will return to Veterans Park in Bayville.

It's something I look forward to every Summer. It's a warm Summer night when the community comes together. It's such a fun family night, if you've never been, check it out this Summer. Bring a lawn chair and a blanket, possibly a snack and enjoy a great night in Berkeley Township.

Here's the "Sounds of Summer Concert Series" schedule:

Wednesday, June 27th, 2018 - Jukebox Legends singing all the great songs of the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s start at 6 pm followed by Beginnings- The Ultimate Chicago Tribute Band takes to the stage and fireworks after the show for opening night.

Wednesday, July 11th, 2018 - Stiletto & the Saxman where you will hear tributes to the greatest Husband and Wife duos beginning at 6 pm , followed by Billy Gilman who was a finalist on “The Voice”.

Wednesday, July 25th, 2018 - Sounds of the Street, a popular Doo-Wop group followed by Garden State Radio a pop and rock band playing hits from the 80’s 90’s to today.

Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 - The Annual Beach Party at White Sands in South Seaside Park at 23rd Avenue from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm with Alotta Colada.

Wednesday, August 8th, 2018 - It's the Seventh Annual “Night Out Against Crime" starting at 5:00 pm. It's a great night with the Berkeley Township Police Department, Fire Departments, and the DARE program will be there with games for the whole family. Tusk, Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band, will be performing at 7:30 pm.

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018 - Rock N Rhythm followed by Radio Nashville beginning at 6:00 pm.

Wednesday, August 29th, 2018 - Gerard Esposito at 6:00 pm followed by The Infernos Band.

Saturday, September 8th, 2018 - Berkeley Township Community Pride Day. Community Pride Day begins at 10 :00 am with rides and inflatables. Starting at 5:30 pm the Symphonics will perform followed by (my personal favorite) Eaglemania - to me they sound just like the Eagles. They're unbelievable! Fireworks are then after the show.

Remember all the concerts are FREE! There are food vendors along with other vendors. Hope to see you at Veteran's Park this Summer.
