Which Superstar Will the New Bond Theme Song be Sung By?

There are a few iconic things that we always get in James Bond films - the "Bond Girls", memorable bad guys, and great theme songs.

A lot of those theme songs have been performed by music superstars; from Paul McCartney to Sheena Easton. Tina Turner to Madonna.   

Needless to say, that leaves some pretty big names to live up to when producers were deciding who to enlist to for the upcoming Bond film, Skyfall (due out in November). After rumors running rampant the last couple of days, it looks like they hit a homerun when they picked none other than one of the biggest music stars in the world right now...none other than:

That's right, Adele has confirmed that she is both composing and will be singing the theme song for Mr. Bond's 23rd official foray on to the big screen.

I don't know about you, but I think this is pretty big news, putting together a huge music star and an iconic movie franchise. The flick storms in to theaters in the US on November 9th.
