When Do You Begin Your Holiday Baking?

So we are just about a week away from Thanksgiving and many are preparing their menu for the day, but have you started your "holiday" baking ? It's a perfect time with cool evenings and at times a chill in the air ... to fire up the oven and get to work.

My daughter officially kicked off our baking season with a delicious patch of double chocolate homemade cookies!  Some with walnuts and some without and yes a cup of coffee was required for these fantastic cookies!

So will you be baking for the Holidays? and when do you begin or have you already ? Do you bake large amounts of sweet treats and then freeze them for the rest of the Holidays?
