Thank you to all our Veterans, past, present, and future. You provide us with freedoms that others pine for, and you give us the gift of comfort and security. We humbly thank all who have served.
The 18th annual Manchester Veterans Day Community Event took place on Thursday afternoon with many from within the Manchester School District, the community, and Veterans gathering together for this very special event.
As we look ahead to next month, there are a few school districts in Ocean County that have already announced their plans to honor our Veterans with special events coming up.
I just wanted to take a minute to salute our heroic Veterans today. Thank you to all who have served and to all who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy. It is not lost on me that every time Lou and I are granted the privilege to speak freely over our airwaves, someone fought for that freedom. Today and always we thank our military veterans from the bottom of our hearts.
Local Freehold resident Cara Daniello is a fan favorite guest on the Jersey Shore Morning Show. We love having Cara on because she has a heart of gold and she is always up to something wonderful in our local community. In addition to that she is a total BRAIN-I-AC! Seriously she is so super smart...Have you heard her special talent???
It is Veteran's Day (November 11th) and as we take time to remember the men and women of our armed forces, it is a much different Veteran's Day with many observances cancelled or re-defined due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Our military veterans face a great deal of challenges at times following their service especially when it comes to getting care and filing disability claims with the Veterans Administration.
