Toms River Parking

More than two dozen much needed parking spots come to a popular spot in downtown Toms River where the Red Carpet Inn used to be.

Back in the fall we told you about the new parking rules in downtown Toms River. From the fancy new meters to the new rates, there's been much discussion (and a good bit of confusion) about the parking procedures. But, we found out that there's a simple way to totally legally grab a spot for free.

We've known since the summer that the parking rates in Toms River will be going up, and with the appearance of fancy new parking meters, the new rates are now in effect as well.
