Even though people dislike certain staple items on every Thanksgiving dinner menu, if they're not at least on the table, it feels like something's missing.
I am a true believer that there are some things in life where you get what you pay for. I'm also a believer that sometimes I don't truly appreciate something until I've had the experience. To me, a fresh Thanksgiving turkey falls into those categories.
It's still hard for me to believe as I type this, but you can't argue with the calendar - Thanksgiving is now less than two weeks away!
