I was recently enjoying a night out with my friends and a conversation about tattoos started. Some of my buddies have tattoos, some don't. I don't have any, yet, but I thought it would be fun to put together a list of the best tattoo parlors in Ocean County.

After releasing images of several tattoos, the Atlantic County Prosecutors Office has identified the woman who's remains were found in Egg Harbor Township Sunday. The victim is 30-year-old Tara Rogers Alicea of Monroeville, New Jersey.
