It started out with a week one dominating performance Friday night for the Wall High School football team over Lakewood but ended with half of the players coming down with a sickness over the weekend.

A stubborn strain of an intestinal illness is making noise in several states, including New Jersey.

New Jersey health officials have identified one case of a severe stomach bug believed to be linked to an outbreak of illness in 15 states caused by a rare parasite.

There's a nasty stomach bug hitting New Jersey and six other states and it has sickened nearly 300 people.

Federal health authorities say more than 275 people in seven states have now been sickened with an unidentified stomach bug.

So we're walking out the door this morning, my bags in hand, just like any other wonderful morning.  But this one was a little different.  We are at the door at 4:25, now that's pretty good for me...out the door earlier then usual, and all of a sudden Abs starting throwing up..everywhere.  Poor thing.
