After missing Monday's self-imposed deadline for voting on marijuana legislation, Gov. Phil Murphy and lawmakers say talks will continue to tweak the bill.
"The cannabis industry is a complicated industry. There's so many different facets to it," said Scott Rudder, president of the New Jersey CannaBusiness Association.
