Assuming Barbra Streisand's decision to clone her beloved dog came from that deep love that we all have for our pets, I can sort of understand her motivation. But if I had to chose one side or the other, I'd rather adopt a dog rather than clone. What are your reasons for and against cloning?

I just saw the cutest photo on Facebook.  My cousin, who swore he would NEVER get a dog, was seen snuggling with the pup that he reluctantly got for his kids.  They both looked happy and content so clearly the dog has won him over.  The moral of the story...

I was walking my dog the other day when I was surprised by the object that you see in the photo above. At first I thought that someone had put a large rock in the middle of the grass, but upon closer inspection I realized what it was pretty quickly:
