Even though you normally find me drinking Tito's these days, I will still go to a beer festival any chance I can. 105.7 The Hawk, 94.3 The Point, 92.7 WOBM, Beach 104.1 and Townsquare Media are throwing one of the biggest parties of the fall season...

Today, Raceway Park announced that they are ending their long relationship with drag racing and the NHRA.

For nearly a week, crews have been busy erecting the eight-mile course at Raceway Park, packed with 42 heart-pounding obstacles. There are also three-mile and 11-mile options, and a course for children.

I need to start this with a disclaimer - I'm really not a thrill ride guy. I'm not into roller coasters, I don't do drop rides, and I can do without the sky slingshots. But when I had the chance to hop into a hot rod at Raceway Park, I didn't think twice.

This has been my month of thrill rides since my ride along with the U.S. Army Golden Knights. This morning I got the opportunity to ride shotgun in a souped up dragster at New Jersey's legendary Raceway Park in Englishtown.

So this week we had the opportunity to go hang out with the folks at Raceway Park in Englishtown! This weekend is the NHRA 45th Annual Toyota Summernationals ! Was fantastic getting a behind the scenes look at the track, the cars and the history of Raceway Park (Opened in 1965) and this weekend (May 29 - June 1) thousands will be on hand for all the racing action...
