When you have a business that closes is a new similar business the best idea? Or do you think a fresh “different” idea is the way to go? Really there is no clear cut idea that is right. Obviously there are dollars attached to these locations and that is the driving force as to what happens or not in most cases. So as I drove around Ocean County this week, I noticed a vacant store with a sign which read “Available All Uses Considered”. This particular location is located on Fischer Blvd. in the Bellecrest Plaza in East Toms River
