It was an elaborate scheme that came to a screeching halt and now two New Jersey men are facing 30-years in prison for their roles in a bank fraud conspiracy.
Toms River Police and the United States Postal Inspection Service are asking residents to remain cautious and vigilant as they investigate complaints of "fraudulent mail holds" that are being placed on addresses in the area.
