Toms River Investor Accused of Theft, Investigators Seek More Victims
An investment advisor from Wall Township with an office in Toms River is accused of stealing at least $75,000 from clients, and Ocean County investigators think there might be more victims than they currently know.
Peter M. Martorana, 59, was arrested Wednesday at his home while detectives bearing search warrants pored through his house and his Retirement Benefit Specialists office on Jamaica Boul
