A Monmouth County man is the latest of 24 individuals to plead guilty on charges stemming a massive drug investigation at the Jersey Shore called "Operation Checkmate".
A Freehold Township man is the latest of the 24 arrested in "Operation Checkmate" to plead guilty for his role in bringing illicit drugs to Central Jersey.
"Operation Checkmate" has run its course and as a result of a multi-jurisdictional investigation 24 people, 21 of whom live in Ocean and Monmouth Counties, have been arrested for their alleged roles in a cocaine distribution ring.
