The list of inductees for the 2022 induction into the 2022 New Jersey Hall of Fame was just released and some fantastic people are receiving the honor.
The New Jersey Hall of Fame highlights Garden State citizens who have completed tremendous accomplishments throughout the years. These people might have once lived in New Jersey or still do today. The New Jersey Hall of Fame says, "The people we celebrate have overcome every imaginable obstacle and challenge. They have survived war, overcome the bleakness of poverty, conquered fear, disability, and rebounded from untold rejections and failure."
Service area parking lots will now welcome visitors with banners of New Jersey Hall of Fame inductees, and each stop will contain Hard Rock Cafe-style exhibits related to the Hall of Famers.
Seeing the newly announced list of inductees for the New Jersey Hall of Fame, I found myself wishing I grew up in the Garden State. Wouldn't it be cool, I thought, to have been in a high school play with Meryl Streep, or to have sat next to Steven Van Zant, Debbie Harry, Frankie Valli, or Gloria Gaynor in music class! I did not have any such brushes with future greatness but YOU possibly HAVE!
So in today's blog post, I'd love to know which WOBM listeners actually know some of these Hall of Fame inductees or any famous person.
