Business groups are hammering Gov. Phil Murphy’s budget plan over its more than $1 billion in tax hikes, two-thirds affecting the wealthy and corporations.
In June, restaurants were told for a week they could reopen for indoor dining, only for Gov. Phil Murphy to change his mind three days before doors opened.
Industry official indicates more than 3,000 restaurants are expected to fail. Outdoor dining starts next week after three months closed. Indoor? Who knows.
