We're still in the peak of the Atlantic Hurricane season as the calendar turns to October this weekend, and Monmouth County officials unveiled a first of it's kind evacuation plan called "Know Your Zone" to educate locals on the zone they live in ahead of a severe storm.
In large part the Jersey Shore was spared by the wrath Hermine caused other areas along the east coast, and many communities who prepared ahead of time are also thankful because things don't look all that bad.
