Now that we know Netflix is officially coming to Fort Monmouth, we hope we see these New Jersey celebrities around town.

Baseline Social will become neighbors with Birdsmouth Beer and MGT Food to fill out The Commissary at Baseline, in separate deals with Denholtz Properties.

Netflix officially submitted plans for the "Mega Parcel" at the former U.S. Army base in Monmouth County. Three other proposals were received by the June deadline.

When it comes to New Jersey, this news has the potential to hurt the future of the state.

Is it me or is the State of New Jersey looking to become a primary location for lights, cameras, and action?! More and more scenes watched in our moments of binge or return the big screens are being shot on location in a familiar New Jersey community.

A shovel will soon touch Fort Monmouths soil, last week FMERA announced the sale of the historic officer housing units in Oceanport to RPM Development Group. This is the first phase 2 property sold since FMERA closed with the US Army in November 2016.

It's been a long time coming, and on January 17th Fort Monmouth officials will open the Avenue of Memories.

Fort Monmouth has been the landmark around Monmouth and Ocean County for more than 90 years. Totaling over 1,000 acres and spanning the municipalities of Eatontown, Oceanport and Tinton Falls. Fort Monmouth also was the base for our United States war heroes and many jobs. But in 2010 Fort Monmouth closed it's gates for good.
