A couple of weeks ago we told you that flu season in New Jersey is starting to peak. And if your office is anything like mine, the evidence has been everywhere in the last two weeks in particular.

Fall is around the corner and that means it's time to protect yourself against the flu. The Ocean County Health Department is encouraging residents to get their annual flu and pneumonia shots this year at one of their 60 upcoming clinics.

It's flu season and during National Influenza Vaccination Awareness Week from December 7 - 13, officials with the Ocean County Health Department are urging residents to take precautions, especially the elderly and children.
