On Tuesday, Gov. Chris Christie marked the one-year anniversary of the creation of the Facing Drug Addiction Task Force. He also said the state will expand re-entry programs for drug offenders coming back into society.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office fight against heroin continues with another drug forum next month, expected to be powerful enough to get younger audience members wanting to continue the discussion, according to Supervising Assistant Prosecutor Anthony V. Pierro.

"Addiction Does Not Discriminate" is the slogan for New Jersey's latest campaign against the opiate abuse epidemic, sending the message that no one is immune to this deadly drug problem - not even the state's senior citizens.
