I'm going to make a bold declaration here: Donuts are the new cupcake. In fact, I’m not even a cupcake girl…cupcakes look amazing but I’ve never tasted one that ever compared to a great donut. I’ll even go further, a donut without filling is about as useful as a decaf coffee.

OK, so once you're pregnant something else simply takes over your taste buds. It's the weirdest thing, I love food on a normal day, but when you're pregnant food is sooooo good and the kind of food you want is totally out of your control.

Look at that photo above. Looks like something out of a Hollywood war movie, right? But it's not. It's just a guy with a lot of fireworks and a lot of time on his hands.

I've never gone ziplining, but it seems like the kind of thing I'd enjoy. Being above the trees, seeing amazing views, going about twice the speed limit of most local streets.

It seems like this is the week for extreme thrill vehicles. Earlier this week we showed you the jet pack pilots flying over Dubai, today we have the craziest go-kart ever. This guy took a go-kart and did what any sane human would do - he attached a jet engine to it. A couple years ago I wrote about seeing people out in the winter in shorts. At the time, we were talking about normal winter weather - temperatures in the 30s. But I couldn't believe what I saw this morning when I was running errands.

As we're officially in summer here in Ocean County, many of us will be rolling out that classic childhood toy - the Slip'N Slide. While it can be fun to add your own flair and obstacles to the backyard water slide, this group has taken things to a whole new height. Literally.
