For reasons that we may never understand, college just doesn't fit every student. In those cases, what's a parent to do?

Already passed by the State Senate, Bill (699) was passed this week by the State Assembly and will now go to Governor Murphy's desk for his signature. The bill allows certain students including undocumented immigrants who meet certain criteria to qualify for New Jersey student financial aid for College.
