Ocean County Senior Arrested in Child Porn Raid
The home of an Ocean County senior is raided in a child pornography investigation where county and federal officials allegedly discovered numerous images. 67-year-old Frank Lochwood Jr. of Manchester was arrested at his Whiting home off Molly Pitcher Boulevard Wednesday.
