The HOPE Center presents "The Hope Rises Concert" featuring Chris Pinnella of Trans-Siberian Orchestra and an exclusive performance of The Billy Joel Songbook featuring his 8-piece band of musicians at The Grunin Center on the campus of Ocean County College starting at 8pm.
