The Bay Head Police Department with assistance from Point Pleasant Borough Police were able to stop a pair of criminals in their tracks as they tried to scam a local elementary school.

The Toms River man found wearing body armor at the scene of a single-car crash in Mantoloking last month along with an AR-15 and several guns has now been taken into federal custody to answer for the incident.
