Prostitution Operation Busted in Leisure Village West

A Manchester couple faces prostitution, criminal restraint and drug offenses for allegedly running a prostitution operation out of their Leisure Village West residence. Police say 33-year-old Ann Donahue and 40-year-old Phillip Cotton allegedly robbed disillusioned clients who tried to leave their Thornbury Lane residence after discovering that Donahue looked nothing like her on-line pictures posted on backage.com.

During the investigation, Manchester Police Detectives learned that approximately 600 vehicles had visited the couple's residence all hours of the day and night since August 2013 in that gated community. Police also discovered heroin, cocaine and drug paraphernalia during a search.

Cotton and Donahue are in the Ocean County Jail in default of $150,000 bail with no 10% option.
