A Point Pleasant man pleads guilty in Nassau County Long Island to grand larceny charges, according to NJ.com.

Court documents from the Nassau County District Attorney's Office states that 51-year-old Scott Brown, the owner of Retail Renovation, LLC in Manasquan, received $75,000 from a Long Island contractor in 2012 to install windows for a job on Lido Beach. However, Brown is charged with using the money to make personal credit card payments, buy fishing gear, go to restaurants and take trips to Florida.

Brown is scheduled for sentencing in March and has reportedly paid $75,000 in restitution.
