The Leader of a Narcotics Trafficking Network charge - also called the King Pin charge - means Enzo Pena, 29, of Mays Landing, will be ineligible for parole for at least 10 years.  He also received 2 additional sentences, each for 7 years with 3 and a half years of parole ineligibility apiece, on a weapons charge and for employing juveniles.  Those sentences will be served concurrently in accordance with Pena's plea agreement.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office says Pena's arrest in March of 2013 stemmed from a traffic stop in Manahawkin.  Police say a search of Pena's vehicle and later his residence turned up more than a pound of marijuana as well as a handgun with a defaced serial number and several thousand dollars in cash.
