Ocean County Clean-Up in Little Egg Harbor [VIDEO]

Today my Wife and I had the chance to take part in a neighborhood clean-up....of the "Great Bay Blvd Wildlife Management Area". The event was sponsored by the Southern Ocean Birding Group along with help from the Jacques Cousteau National Estuarine Research Reserve and Pinelands Brewing Company. Many were on hand to go out and help keep our bay front area clean. So much trash was collected, but we need to stop polluting our own neighborhoods.

It's amazing when you think about it ... every piece of trash we collected had an origin. Someone brought it there and was just to lazy and irresponsible to take it back and properly dispose of it. It boggles the mind that in the year 2016 people still just throw trash on the ground and walk away .... pathetic.
