No evidence indciating criminal activity in reports of attempted luring in Berkeley Township

Reports of attempted luring in Berkeley Township on January 26 results in no arrests after a police investigation found no evidence indicating any criminal activity occurred.

Police say they had received calls that a driver in a suspicious white van was talking to children in the neighborhood near a bus stop on Harbor Inn Road.

Investigators arrived to the scene and later spoke with the alleged driver of this white van and found no evidence to corroborate a luring incident took place.

No charges have been filed and police have not released the name of the driver.
