The New Jersey Lottery is reporting that the winning Jersey Cash 5 ticket was sold at ShopRite on Route 9 and 1st Street in Lanoka Harbor. Here are the winning numbers: 05, 11, 15, 18, 23 with an XTRA number of 02.
